Remakes and remasterings.

Since Naoko "George Lucas" Takeuchi started remastering her old Sailor Moon books, they're not as good anymore. Sailor Venus' chain doesn't even make blood splatter across the pages, it glitters instead. Even though you could argue that the blood is too violent (though it creates a nice parallel to the otherwise cute artwork), why would you replace it with glitter? The silly dialogue was also part of the original experience, and the actual mistakes in the artwork hardly mattered. Part of why I love the Sailor Moon comics is because of the contrast between the sweet and the gruesome, but now the sweet has to dominate. The original artwork and dialogue was good enough, despite some obvious flaws - in fact, the flaws are part of what makes a piece of art good; it makes it feel more human. The new version is not "ruined" or anything, but it isn't better either. After a certain point, you have to move forward instead of poking around in your old work.

(Ironically, I edited this post. Twice.)

They are wrinkly and taste like lint. Free dem nipple.

I made this for a guy I hardly know, about a year ago. It's a clay bust, but you can't send clay over internet so I made it in paint. Now use for PURPOSE!

Das Lied vom Dummdeppen.

Not only do we play Dungeons and Dragons, but now we've picked up Mutant as well; and I've gone crazy from drawing maps and creatures for my own.
At school, the last animal has been dissected. Now we're back to bird-watching and learning skeletal structures. The more you know about animals, the less you like them.
I taught myself to drink tea, for the sake of my health. I'll try to keep up pace.
